About the position

Positions available include Preschool Lead Teacher, Teacher Assistants for various age groups, and Classroom Aide, with responsibilities tailored to each role.
Responsibilities
- Create lesson plans and maintain documentation for educational activities.
- Provide a safe and emotionally supportive environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
- Support lead teachers in classroom activities and management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or degree in Education or a related field preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a preschool classroom for Lead Teacher position.
- Willingness to work toward obtaining a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification.
