We are currently looking for a Multi-Site Director for our Before and After School Programs, in the Greater Amsterdam School District, at several schools. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee multiple Healthy Kids Program locations, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service delivery. You'll provide crucial support to the Site Director, particularly in staff management matters, and step up as the go-to person in charge in the Site Director's absence. Your role involves regular collaboration with staff to make decisions, tackle challenges, and devise strategies with a focus on short-to-medium-term goals.
