About the position
The Childcare Provider position at Kid Builders East in Mattawan involves assisting lead teachers in providing developmentally appropriate activities for children. Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate activities.
- Aid children in discovering interests and increasing talents.
- Help build children's confidence and teach them to work independently and in groups.
- Complete daily report sheets outlining children's eating, sleeping, diaper changes, and activities.
- Entertain and engage a group of children in a fun and loving manner.
- Communicate and act in a professional manner with children and staff.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in toddler care is preferred.
- Valid Child Development Associate Certification is a plus.
