About the position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met. This role requires someone who is passionate about early childhood education and possesses strong caregiving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in a variety of activities that promote learning and development.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to play and explore.
• Prepare meals and snacks while adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with daily routines including diaper changes, potty training, and nap times.
• Implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster cognitive and social development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area.
• Ensure the safety of all children by following health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers or as a nanny is preferred.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Experience with infant care, toddler care, or preschool-aged children is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and parents alike.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of each child while maintaining a structured environment.
