About the position

OASIS is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers who want the ability to earn money while setting their own schedule. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity and providing quality education in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the respective childcare center to ensure continuity in instruction
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Requirements

• Love working with preschool age children (infant, toddlers, pre-k)
• Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management
• Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom management techniques
• Background in early childhood education or related field is a plus
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments
