About the position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and effective learning environment that fosters students' language skills and cultural understanding. The Spanish Teacher will develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and implement instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning styles along with the director and teachers team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote language acquisition.
• Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding of the Spanish language.
• Implement behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess student performance through standardized testing and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Facilitate tutoring sessions for students needing additional assistance in mastering the language.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design instructional materials and share best practices in language education.
• Proofread educational content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with educational goals.

Requirements

• A background in instructional design is preferred, with experience in creating effective lesson plans and educational resources.
• Familiarity with various classroom styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs is essential.
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring Spanish at various levels is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies to effectively handle classroom dynamics is a plus.
