About The Position
The Children's Activity Area Associate at IKEA is responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children visiting the play facility, known as IKEA Småland. This role involves engaging with children, monitoring their activities, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the play area. The associate will also participate in planning and executing children's activities, while supporting customer relations in various capacities as needed.
