About the position

As a Children's Art Teacher at Kidcreate Studio, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with children aged 18 months to 12 years, guiding them in their artistic endeavors. This part-time position allows you to get paid while having fun and making a mess with various art materials such as slime, clay, paint, and glitter. You will be responsible for teaching art classes and camps, creating a positive and self-esteem-building environment for children to explore their creativity. The role requires you to be available for three or more days a week during the school year, primarily in the afternoons, with additional hours available during no-school days and summer months. If you are passionate about art education and enjoy working with kids, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Interact with students during art classes and camps.
• Teach children how to create art using various materials.
• Prepare lesson plans and set up art supplies for classes.
• Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
• Assist in the cleanup process after art activities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and creative personality.
