Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on China's economy and economic policies.
  • Analyze the implications of China's economic trends on global economic conditions.
  • Develop models to predict future economic scenarios and trends in China.

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve research objectives.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in international relations, political science, public policy, or a related discipline; or a Master's degree with 10 years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 20 years of experience.
  • 1 to 5 years of post-graduate experience in research related to China's economy and policies.
  • Demonstrated research skills with a strong interest in empirical analyses related to public policy.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in an academic or non-academic research setting related to international relations or economic policy.
