About the position

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Cirro Global is responsible for developing and leading the HR support structure aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role involves ensuring effective communication and engagement among employees, overseeing the implementation of company policies, managing talent acquisition, and fostering employee development. The HRBP will also handle employee relations, manage HR budgets, and act as a strategic partner to department heads to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and secure optimal HR support structure based on the overall development planning of the company.
• Oversee the implementation and execution of company policies and SOPs.
• Manage talent for key contributor and management positions.
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee knowledge and capability.
• Evaluate, recommend and manage 3rd party recruitment outsourcing vendors as needed.
• Liaise with department heads to lead and drive the execution of performance management processes.
• Manage employee relations matters, including work injuries, workers compensation, employee complaints, and conflict resolutions.
• Audit HR operation costs and control HR budget.
• Act as a strategic partner to work with Department Heads to build talent and develop people.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in administrative management or HRM related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of operation management and HR management experience.
• Proficiency in basic office software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, leadership, and judgment decision-making abilities.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing, and speaking.
