About the position
The Chinese-Speaking Health Insurance Sales Executive at Transglobal Holding is responsible for approaching prospects for group benefit plans, focusing on delivering tailored insurance solutions to business clients. This role involves working closely with senior management to gain insights into the health insurance sector while contributing to the expansion of the customer base and enhancing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM for scheduling, developing prospects, and documenting all sales-related activities.
- Meet all marketing expectations and expand the customer base in designated territories.
- Generate proposals and advise clients on benefits that best suit their needs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements
- Any relevant experience in the health insurance field is a plus.
- Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance is a plus.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact within the company and with assigned accounts.
- Strong analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a career-oriented mindset.
