- Assist in all kinds of events and activities.
- Build good relationships with parents, communicate effectively by providing regular updates on students.
- Increase the conversion rate of trial classes and work with the team to achieve the school enrollment target.
- Be responsible for student retention.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a top U.S. institution, with 1-5 years of experience teaching primary school students.
- Ability to communicate well with parents and children, demonstrating empathy and transposition thinking.
- Team spirit and cooperative sense, able to work efficiently with the team to achieve common goals.
