About the position

LingoAce is seeking a part-time Chinese Teacher to conduct offline lessons and engage with students and parents. The role involves teaching in accordance with the company curriculum, participating in academic research and development, and contributing to student retention and enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and experience in teaching primary school students, with a focus on building relationships and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct offline lessons in accordance with company curriculum, consistently improving the quality of teaching and learning outcomes.
• Participate in academic R&D, engage in product moderation, and plan and develop teaching materials.
• Assist in various events and activities to enhance student engagement.
• Build good relationships with parents and communicate effectively by providing regular updates on students.
• Work to increase the conversion rate of trial classes and collaborate with the team to achieve school enrollment targets.
• Be responsible for student retention.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a top U.S. institution.
• 1-5 years of experience teaching primary school students.
• Ability to communicate well with parents and children, demonstrating empathy and transposition thinking.
• Team spirit and cooperative sense, able to work efficiently with the team to achieve common goals.
