About the position
The Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist position is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service while supporting the doctor with daily duties and treatment. This role involves organizing, coordinating, and maintaining office operations, including data entry and supply management. The position offers opportunities for career growth, with all previous employees having been promoted within the company. Comprehensive training will be provided by the clinic manager.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with daily enquiries via phone and email, directing queries to the relevant staff or department.
- Receiving incoming calls and providing general administrative support.
- Managing and organizing the patient record system.
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Completing all administrative processes in adherence to company standards and policies.
- Supporting staff members with workload and tasks as requested.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant certification/license
- Ability to take direction
- Above average communication skills
- Capability of learning quickly
- Experience in a fast-paced learning/work environment
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- 1 year of office experience
- 1 year of data entry experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of medical terminology experience
- 1 year of computer skills
