About the position

The Chiropractic Assistant at Wisdom and Truth Wellness plays a crucial role in supporting doctors during patient appointments. This position involves taking notes, recording vital signs, and ensuring a smooth flow of appointments, allowing doctors to focus on patient care. The assistant will also help with light and sound therapy sessions, contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during appointments by taking notes and recording vital signs.
• Prepare the room and patients for the doctor.
• Conduct friendly office tours for new patients.
• Provide courteous and prompt care and education to practice members.
• Promote the practice and encourage referrals.
• Assist in light and sound therapy sessions.
• Ensure notes are up to date and manage treatment room schedules.
• Help prepare care plans for patients.
• Participate in regular team meetings.

Requirements

• General computer skills including typing and navigating email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of human anatomy is preferred.
