Responsibilities
- Greeting patients
- Checking patients in and updating patient status using the EHR system
- Instructing patients in the rehab room
- Performing doctor-guided therapies
- Transcribing notes for doctors during exams
- Keeping the workspace clean and tidy
Requirements
- Willingness to learn basic equipment operation (e.g. Therapeutic Ultrasound, Electric Muscle Stimulation, Guasha, KT Taping, Laser Therapy)
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and customer-oriented
- Highly organized
- Great team player
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a receptionist in any medical setting
- Fitness training experience
