Responsibilities

• Assist chiropractors in office duties
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records and accounts, and insurance billing
• Educate patients on chiropractic procedures and provide guidance on post-treatment care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations as well as paperwork and insurance procedures

Requirements

• Strong patient service skills with a focus on patient assessment and intake
• Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Prior experience in chiropractic billing or accounts assistance is a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Physiology knowledge
• Bilingual in Spanish
