About the position

The Lead Doctor of Chiropractic/Clinic Director at HealthSource Chiropractic is responsible for delivering high-quality chiropractic care and leading a new state-of-the-art clinic. This role emphasizes personalized treatment plans, patient education, and community outreach, while also managing clinic operations and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other body articulations to correct the musculoskeletal system.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Coordinate, track, and report key metrics related to patient management.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients and record medical histories as indicated.
• Take diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze them to locate sources of patients' difficulties.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships and maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Sell wellness membership packages and participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Participate/lead weekly training for staff.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid TX DC license.
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in TX.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Teachable attitude and demeanor.
