About the position

Shack Shine is seeking Holiday Lights Installers to join their team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves the professional installation of holiday lighting for residential customers and events, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with training provided for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Receive complete training on how to safely and professionally install lighting with great attention to detail.
• Work with other team members to install lights around homes and properties.
• Arrive at job sites to review the order with the customer and install the lights according to the approved plan.
• Ensure the order is done professionally and efficiently, meeting customers' expectations.
• Provide estimates on holiday light installations to local customers.
• Perform other home exterior general labor work.

Requirements

• 1+ year of general labor experience (landscaping, painting, construction, etc.) preferred but not mandatory as training is provided.
• Strong command of English (written & verbal).
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
