About the position

Being a Team Member at CiCi's Pizza is an engaging role that allows individuals to meet new friends, have fun, and earn money while contributing to a vibrant community. Team Members are trained to work in various positions within the restaurant, ensuring a dynamic and effective working environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest interaction, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Work in various areas of the restaurant including Pizza Buffet Stocker, Guest Greeter, Cook, Pizza Cutter, Prepper, Busser, or Dishwasher.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Participate in training for multiple positions to enhance team effectiveness.
• Interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be enthusiastic with a great attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with new people.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Availability to work 3 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a restaurant environment (not mandatory as training is provided).
