The CI/HUMINT Research Analyst within the C5ISR team at HII Mission Technologies plays a crucial role in supporting the Department of Defense, particularly at Fort Meade, MD. The analyst will be responsible for gathering, evaluating, and interpreting data from diverse sources to provide actionable intelligence that informs defense strategies and operations. Utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies, the analyst will interpret complex intelligence data to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including military personnel and other intelligence analysts, will be essential to gather and validate information effectively. The analyst will also support the planning, coordination, and execution of CI/HUMINT operations and activities, monitor and evaluate emerging intelligence threats and adversary tactics, and assist in developing policy recommendations and strategic plans to enhance CI/HUMINT capabilities. Providing subject matter expertise on counterintelligence and human intelligence to various internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this position, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the conduct of intelligence research and analysis activities.
