About the position
The CIAM Business Analyst at TEKsystems will play a crucial role in driving the company's vision forward by leveraging analytical and collaboration skills. This position involves working within a product (scrum) team to support key initiatives through business and technical analysis, user story documentation, and stakeholder engagement. The analyst will be responsible for leading ideation sessions, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing user support while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Work in a product (scrum) team to complete business and technical analysis supporting key initiatives.
- Build business cases and recommend/implement business processes and/or system solutions.
- Gather and document user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Lead or contribute to ideation sessions and conduct UAT.
- Support release management at all stages and provide user support.
- Create and run reports/dashboards and prepare user training materials.
- Develop communication materials for various stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into clear and actionable requirements.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and perform System Test and UAT to ensure high quality releases.
- Collaborate with developer teams during design and development phases.
- Support the Agile workflow cadence of the CX division: Sprint reviews, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning, etc.
- Support division efforts in business plan development, PDCA/reporting, budget tracking.
Requirements
- BA/BS/MBA/MS degree or equivalent professional experience supported by subject matter training.
- 1-2 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Agile Scrum and SAFe experience - preferred
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst experience - nice to have.
