About the position

The Cicis Team Member position is a vital role within the restaurant, focused on delivering exceptional guest service and high-quality food. Team members are responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, taking orders, and ensuring a friendly atmosphere. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with training provided to help employees advance into management positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients and making quality products.
• Take guest orders and provide quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions.
• Act with a sense of urgency in all tasks to ensure timely service.
• Work collaboratively as a team, supporting each other during shifts.
• Complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each work shift.
• Comply with Cicis uniform, appearance, and operations standards.
• Accurately use the POS system and process cash and credit card transactions.
• Support sales building initiatives by suggestively selling when completing a guest's order.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be 18 years old to operate some equipment.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Customer service focused and oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand on your feet for 6 hours.
