Cinco Niños is a new modern Mexican eatery and tequila bar set to open at Kalahari Resorts in Sandusky, OH. The restaurant will offer a variety of Mexican dishes and signature drinks, aiming to provide an exceptional dining experience. The establishment is part of a growing family-owned business with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and employee well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in training new staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Participate in promotional events and activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a supervisory role
