About The Position

Management Services Corporation, one of The Caton Companies, is seeking Box Office and Concession Staff for Sunchase Cinema 8 located in Farmville, Virginia. Going to the movies is the all-American experience! We're expecting to expand our hours very soon as COVID-19 restrictions are eased, and we will be ready! Our Box Office and Concession Staff play a vital role in a smoothly operating cinema and a fantastic movie experience for our guests. They should be organized, friendly, and customer-focused.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Sell tickets and take payments at the box office.
• Prepare food and beverages for concession stands.
• Assist in preparing the location and area for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure accurate accounting and all transactions.
• Assist with location inventory controls.
• Handle administrative tasks necessary to keep the work area organized.
