About the position

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, requiring an in-office presence of three or more days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop Strategic Analytics at the CIO level, utilizing Tableau as the main business intelligence tool. The individual will engage in analytics projects that involve gathering and integrating large volumes of data, performing thorough analyses, interpreting results, and developing actionable insights and recommendations for the Technology organization. The successful candidate will acquire data from multiple sources to conduct comprehensive analyses. They will identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to provide answers to business questions and actionable recommendations. The role requires the ability to interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools. Presenting data and analysis clearly and concisely is crucial, enabling the audience to quickly grasp the results and recommendations, thus facilitating data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with various partners is essential to provide a holistic view of the analysis, and the candidate will measure and monitor the results of applied recommendations, presenting necessary adjustments. Compliance with company standards regarding data acquisition, sharing, and results is a critical aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire data from multiple data sources to perform analysis.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to provide answers to business questions and recommendations for action.
  • Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools.
  • Present data and analysis clearly and concisely to enable quick understanding and activation of recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis.
  • Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments.
  • Ensure all data acquisition, sharing, and results of applied recommendations comply with company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling.
  • Experience using Tableau or similar analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Advanced degree and experience with advanced analytics techniques.
