CIP Wash Operator-General Labor Laborer

About the position

The CIP Sanitation Operator at Vita Clean is responsible for cleaning and preparing food tankers, operating CIP equipment, and performing detailed inspections. This role is essential in maintaining high sanitation standards in the food grade tank sanitation industry, which Vita Clean has led for over 25 years. The position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various cleaning and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prep food tankers using CIP equipment.
• Perform detailed final inspections of cleaned tankers.
• Conduct general facility cleaning and maintenance.
• Execute janitorial cleaning of the facility and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Use a pressure washer for cleaning tasks.
• Work on platforms approximately 10ft off the ground.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Driver's License preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Mechanical knowledge or aptitude is helpful.
• Strong work ethic and hard-working attitude.
• Good eyesight and meticulous attention to detail.
