About the position

The Circuit Design Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers for the LRASM program at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. This role focuses on driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution while mentoring and developing team members. The manager will ensure successful delivery of program requirements and adherence to engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical coaching and mentoring to team members
• Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training
• Conducting performance assessments and salary planning
• Supporting program development and execution of program requirements
• Utilizing knowledge in circuit card design to drive technical excellence
• Leading integrated product teams in FPGA design and development

Requirements

• Experience with LM Design Assurance process for circuit card designs and/or FPGAs
• Experience in generating Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
• Experience leading a multifunctional engineering team

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in various sensor technologies
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
• Experience in designing flex boards
