About the position
The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) Database Developer will be part of a team responsible for supporting global contact centers by implementing next-generation voice solutions. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience through the CUIC and Google Cloud Platform, providing solutions for business requests, and supporting existing platforms and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide solution options for business requests related to CUIC.
- Support the existing Center platform and its dependent components.
- Assist in the Center's business processes.
- Develop ad hoc queries to isolate problems.
- Design and develop reports using Microsoft SQL/TSQL.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-depth working experience with Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL/TSQL development.
- Strong experience in database design and report development.
- Understanding of complex SQL queries for relational databases.
