About The Position
The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) Database Developer is responsible for supporting the contact centers globally by implementing next-generation Contact Center Voice solutions. This role focuses on providing solution options for business requests, supporting the existing Contact Center platform, and assisting with business processes related to reporting and intelligence through CUIC and Google Cloud Platform. The position requires a strong background in database design and report development, particularly with CUIC.
