About the position

The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) Database Developer is responsible for supporting the contact centers globally by implementing next-generation Contact Center Voice solutions. This role focuses on providing solution options for business requests, supporting the existing Contact Center platform, and assisting with business processes related to reporting and intelligence through CUIC and Google Cloud Platform. The position requires a strong background in database design and report development, particularly with CUIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution options for business requests related to CUIC.
• Support the existing Contact Center platform and its components.
• Assist in the Contact Center's business processes.
• Develop and maintain reports using CUIC and SQL.
• Create ad hoc queries to isolate and resolve problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-depth working experience with Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC).
• Experience with Microsoft SQL/TSQL development.
• Strong experience in database design and report development.
• Understanding of complex SQL queries for relational databases.
• Ability to develop ad hoc queries to isolate problems.
