About the position

The Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch performance, sales growth, and enhancing both colleague and customer experiences through effective leadership and operational practices. This role involves mentoring branch colleagues, fostering a customer-centric culture, and achieving sales goals by delivering valuable solutions to customers. The Branch Manager also oversees the branch's P&L, ensuring financial targets are met while building a diverse talent pipeline and promoting continuous learning among staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance and sales growth.
• Create and maintain a strong customer-centric culture.
• Mentor and manage branch colleagues.
• Achieve team and individual sales goals.
• Deliver product/service value to customers.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline and develop colleagues.
• Communicate business priorities clearly to colleagues.
• Oversee branch P&L and guide decision-making based on financials.
• Lead and direct all colleague and sales activities.
• Represent the brand in the field and community.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• 4 years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Successful record of managing objectives in a profit and loss environment.
• Ability to drive exceptional customer experience validated through surveys.
• Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing a branch with an FTE count up to Tier I - 8 or more preferred; Tier II up to 7 or more; Tier III up to 7 or less; Tier IV up to 6 or less.
• Skilled in remote or multi-unit management for Multi-Site locations.
