About the position

The City Lead at Mindspace is responsible for managing two locations in Miami, focusing on team leadership, sales, member retention, and community experience. This role requires a proactive approach to drive business performance and ensure high levels of member satisfaction while collaborating with various stakeholders at Mindspace HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow and develop a team of sales & community managers.
  • Develop and implement profit-driven and cost-effective strategies aligned with building financials, while overseeing in-house expenditures.
  • Work with the Sales Managers to manage sales efforts & implement solutions to improve business performance across the city.
  • Accountable for driving the highest levels of member satisfaction.
  • Accountable for member retention.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand awareness grows and strong lead quality is driven to your locations.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operations run smoothly through current and future locations.
  • Work with local community managers and community associates to ensure high customer satisfaction, and high NPS results.
  • Monitor budgets, collection, KPIs, and market's performance.
  • Work closely with various HQ stakeholders, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc., in order to make sure goals are met.
  • Nurture Mindspace's brand through PR efforts, events, and liaison with the Marketing department.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in managing a team and leading a business unit
  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
  • College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting or similar
  • MBA in International Business is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teams
  • General understanding of team development, sales, marketing, customer service, business, finance and more are a huge advantage & necessary for the growth of MINDSPACE US
  • Analytical skills, organizational skills and good time-management are key for this position.
