Oppizi is seeking a dynamic and motivated City Manager to oversee our offline marketing operations in Chicago. As a key member of our Ops Team, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of flyers in downtown Chicago and potentially in surrounding regions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about operations and eager to contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring that our Brand Ambassadors perform to the highest standards. In this position, you will spend approximately 85-90% of your time on-site, managing a team of Brand Ambassadors. Your responsibilities will include drafting weekly rosters based on data analysis to determine the best locations for flyer distribution, analyzing distribution data using Excel or Google Spreadsheets, and continuously mapping the city to identify optimal flyering spots. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ensuring that all campaign materials such as flyers and uniforms are tracked and available for use. As a City Manager, you will report daily to our dedicated Ops team, confirming Brand Ambassadors' schedules and making on-site decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a mix of remote work and on-site management, making it essential for you to be adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
