Oppizi is seeking a dynamic and motivated City Manager to oversee our offline marketing campaigns in San Diego. As the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing, we specialize in tracking, scaling, and optimizing flyering campaigns across various channels, including hand-to-hand distribution, door-to-door delivery, and direct mail. Our operations span over 10 countries, and we are proud to partner with leading brands such as UberEats, DoorDash, and Deliveroo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of flyers in downtown San Diego and potentially in surrounding regions. The City Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team of Brand Ambassadors meets performance standards while providing the necessary support to enhance their effectiveness. Approximately 85-90% of your time will be dedicated to onsite management, which includes drafting weekly rosters, analyzing distribution data, and mapping the city to identify optimal flyering locations. You will also be tasked with inventory management, ensuring that all campaign materials are accounted for and that operations run smoothly according to our standards. This position requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities that include remote work, on-site management, and live team monitoring during campaigns.
