About the position

The City of Portland is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Public Health Clinic's clinical services team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations at the clinic, which serves vulnerable and diverse populations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in various computer applications, to effectively manage scheduling, report preparation, and patient interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in patients.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
