Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Develop detailed site layouts, grading designs, and drainage designs.
• Assist with permit applications for commercial, industrial, and residential site development projects.
• Assist with construction plan preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of civil/site development design experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (alignments, profiles, corridors, surfaces, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work well independently or on teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and consistently hit project deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
