Responsibilities

  • Manage evidence
  • Answer interrogatories
  • Prepare motions, complaints, briefs and other legal documents
  • Interview clients/witnesses for hearings, depositions, and trial
  • Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors to perform discovery obligations

Requirements

  • 5+ years civil or commercial litigation experience as a legal assistant/secretary
  • Must have e-filing experience
