Responsibilities

  • Design and develop land and site development projects.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and management to ensure project success.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for project design and implementation.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all designs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in land development/site development.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Must have Engineer in Training (EIT) certification; Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and management.
