Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering plans for land development projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and design tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal permitting requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for proposed developments.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project submissions.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil engineering experience in land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles for retail, commercial, and residential projects.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting requirements.
