Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for proposed developments.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for project submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of civil engineering experience in land development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting requirements.
