The Civil Designer/Engineer-in-Training (EIT) position at Robertson Fick Engineering, PC is an entry-level role focused on providing professional consulting services related to public infrastructure and site development projects. Responsibilities

• Design and prepare plans for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct calculations and prepare permit applications.
• Write technical reports related to engineering projects.
• Administer construction processes and ensure compliance with designs.
• Design site layouts, storm drainage systems, water systems, sanitary sewers, grading, and public streets.

Requirements

• 0-4 years' experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle variable workloads.
