The ideal candidate will have a background in civil drafting and land surveying, utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce topographical and boundary surveys.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with designers and front office to establish project timelines for designs
• Draft Topographical and Boundary Surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Develop and prepare design drawings and specifications under supervision
• Review design drawings and specifications
• Communicate with clients
• Execute project based on outlined criteria

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of civil drafting experience
• Experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience drafting Topographic, ALTA, ROW, Boundary Surveys
• Surveying background
