About the position

The Civil Engineer I position at ESE Consultants involves working collaboratively with a team of surveyors, planners, and engineers to support various land development projects. The role focuses on design tasks including grading, roadway design, stormwater management, and utility design, while also preparing necessary calculations, reports, and applications for permits.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Autocad to input design elements
• Utilizes Civil3D features
• Performs stormwater management calculations
• Designs storm and sanitary pipes
• Performs lot and site grading
• Helps direct Designers and Cad Techs
• Designs utility and road profiles
• Designs E&S elements
• Performs earthwork calculations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or related discipline
• 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Good time management skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Good communication skills
