About the position

Halff Associates, Inc. is actively seeking a Civil Engineer Intern for our Public Works team in our Frisco, TX office. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of civil engineering, particularly in public works projects. The role involves working closely with experienced engineers and participating in project planning, design, and execution. Interns will be expected to contribute to team meetings, assist in the preparation of project documentation, and support the engineering team in various tasks as needed. The work schedule for this internship is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. Interns will be compensated on an hourly basis, and the experience gained during this internship will be invaluable for those looking to build a career in civil engineering.
