This includes creating site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans. The engineer will utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and various other engineering software to ensure precision and compliance with industry standards. The role requires a strong understanding of land development processes and the ability to navigate complex engineering challenges effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in engineering design, particularly in land development projects, and will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in utility design, site grading, and stormwater management systems.
