We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in land development projects, a track record of working with homebuilders and commercial projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD. As a Civil Engineer in our Land Development team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various land development projects. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing and design-oriented engineering firm that provides innovative solutions for clients in California, Colorado, and nationwide. You will be involved in multiple land development opportunities in Central Valley, CA, and Denver, CO, contributing to projects that require a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and effective collaboration with various stakeholders. In this role, you will conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, prepare detailed site plans, grading plans, and drainage designs using AutoCAD and other relevant software. You will collaborate with homebuilders and commercial developers to understand their project requirements and objectives, providing engineering expertise and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each project. Additionally, you will ensure regulatory compliance by preparing and submitting permit applications and liaising with regulatory agencies for project approvals. During the construction phase, you will provide technical support, conduct site inspections, and address any engineering-related issues that arise, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications. Your ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, landscape architects, and environmental engineers, will be essential in achieving project goals.
