As a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development Design, you will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual plans into reality. You'll be responsible for the design and development of various land projects, ensuring they meet both regulatory requirements and our high standards for quality. Responsibilities

  • Perform site analysis and assessments.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
  • Address challenges and ensure project success throughout the construction phase.
  • Convey engineering concepts and project updates in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in land development design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and projects.
