As a Senior Project Manager in Civil Engineering with a focus on Land Development, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of impactful projects within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with various stakeholders including architects, landscape architects, contractors, and project owners. Your contributions will be vital from the conceptual phase through to construction administration, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for producing civil engineering construction documents and conceptual site plans with high accuracy and efficiency. You will engage in the design of civil utilities and site elements, including water, sanitary sewer, storm drain systems, and stormwater management. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating site grading plans, conducting earthworks calculations, and developing sediment and erosion control designs and permits. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems will be essential as you coordinate with various teams to bring projects to fruition.
