About the position

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a focus on municipal and wastewater engineering to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. This role involves technical evaluations, design modifications, and ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with clients and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage municipal and/or wastewater projects from start to finish.
• Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations.
• Modify or create engineering designs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Oversee site inspections and quality assurance.
• Prepare reports and documentation for various audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, focusing on municipal or wastewater projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• General working knowledge of Civil 3D and WaterCAD.
• Strong project management skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary team settings.
