GRAEF is seeking a Civil Engineer P3 for its Minneapolis office. This role involves working on a variety of single and multi-discipline projects, providing opportunities for professional growth and community impact. The position emphasizes technical excellence and innovation in civil engineering, particularly in site development and storm water management.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage civil engineering projects related to site development, grading, drainage, and storm water management.
• Prepare and submit necessary permits for projects in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize Civil 3D software for design and project management tasks.
• Engage in project management activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of design experience in site development, grading, drainage, storm water management, and permitting in Minnesota.
• Experience with municipal projects is a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Professional registration as a PE is a plus.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software is required.
• Experience with hydrology and hydraulic software is a plus.
