About the position

As a Civil Engineer - Site Design at Olsson, you will be responsible for providing basic project design through CAD drafting, instructing drafters on creating drawings, and preparing project schedules. This role involves collaboration with a team to positively impact communities through various land development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, and residential developments. You will also conduct research, write technical reports, and travel to job sites for observation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Must obtain Engineer Intern (EI) certificate.
• 0-2+ years of related civil engineering design experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus).
